Changing how you think about food and drink is essential to losing the weight you no longer want or need. You may have got in to the habit of eating too much of the wrong food without even noticing (subconsciously) so we now need to re-train your mind to want healthier food/drinks, in smaller portions with no want, no need for unhealthy foods such as cakes, sugar, biscuits, crisps, fizzy drinks, alcohol or whatever food is causing you to gain weight. The key word here is habit. These habits are stored and protected in our subconscious mind but our subconscious doesn’t know the difference between a good habit (healthy foods/drinks) and a bad habit. So, we need to change the habit of
wanting unhealthy foods/drinks and we can do this by re-training the powerful subconscious mind to let go of this want and create a new, healthy habit of buying healthy foods and enjoy doing so.
Before listening to this super relaxing 1 hour audio, make a list of all the foods and drinks you want to cut out. Then write down your quit date and a note to yourself that you are happy to let go of all these unhealthy foods/drinks from your life. Write down all the reasons you want to cut these unhealthy items from your life. How your life will be better without the weight you no longer want or need. Sign your note and keep it with you at all times. Read it each day to remind yourself of the life you want. Then listen to your audio each day for at least 21 days or as long as you need to. You can listen to this audio when you go to bed, it doesn’t matter if you fall asleep as your subconscious mind never switches off and will be taking on all the information required to make the necessary changes to your mind. This is the most relaxing and natural way to lose the weight you no longer want or need, forever.
